If an order is received by 2:00 pm, Pacific Time and product is in stock, we will do our best to ship on the same business day. If an order cannot be shipped the same business day, it will be shipped as soon as product is available. Our shipping charges within the continental US, are a flat rate based on the total order amount (see Shipping Rates below). Flat rates apply to shipments by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Other UPS shipping options are available at standard UPS rates based on weight and distance.
Please note, product cannot be shipped to the following countries: China, Hong Kong, Iceland, Iran, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Russia, Singapore, Slovakia, United Arab Emirates, and India.

*Orders that require shipping charges in excess of $25 may be subject to a shipping fee applied to your order. You may request that we use your company’s or personal shipping account. Please call us if you would like to use your own account number.
*Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska will be charged a flat rate fee of $25. Shipments outside the United States will be calculated based on product ordered and region it is shipping to. You will receive a shipping quote based on the shipping address at the time of checkout.
Order Pick Up
All orders must first be completed online prior to pick up. To pick up an order, please visit our office located at: 9800 Harbour Place, Suite 208, Mukilteo, WA 98275. Office hours are Monday – Thursday, 9:00am-4:00pm and Friday 9:00am-3:00pm Pacific Standard Time. For directions, please contact customer service at 800-458-0891.
If orders are not picked up 14 days after the order date, the product will be considered forfeited and returned to inventory. A refund will not be issued. If you require to hold product longer than 14 days past the order date, please contact us to let us know.
If you have requested Order Pick Up when placing your order, we will not ship the product to you unless shipping is paid for separately in accordance with our Shipping Rates.
We are closed on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day After Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day. We may close the office early the day before or after a holiday, so please call us ahead of arriving so we can let you know our open hours.
Heat Sensitive Shipping Policy
We care about the integrity of our product and have found that it is important some items be shipped on ice, depending on the weather in your area. Heat sensitive products are subject to special shipping requirements and will only be shipped USPS 2 day air, Monday-Wednesday. CBD Northwest will not accept any returns due to heat sensitivity if the practitioner has refused our recommendations. If a customer chooses to opt out of sending their heat sensitive items USPS 2nd day air and refrigerated, they are accepting responsibility for the order and agree to the fact that we will not accept the return of the heat sensitive item.
Product availability is subject to stock on hand. CBD Northwest tries to have sufficient inventory in stock, but cannot always guarantee availability due to the occasional backorder from our vendors.
Some products will be available to order, but will have an estimated available time of shipping if we do not have stock immediately available. The product will have the information indicated on the product page. If you have any questions about product availability, please feel free to contact us. You will not be charged for product until we ship it to you.
Return and Refund Policy
Inspect all shipments within 72 hours of receiving your package. A return request past that receipt time period will not be considered for product return, refund or exchange. All returns must be approved before sending the product(s) back to our warehouse.
Once you have received approval from our customer service team or your sales representative, please make sure to include a copy of your original packing slip or invoice in the return shipment. Product returns are allowed 20 Days from the date of purchase, and the product packaging must be unmarked and in unopened condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns. Perishable and opened products are not returnable. All refunds will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned product(s).
If you receive a package that has been damaged, save the original box and all its contents and call our customer service team or your sales representative immediately and provide them with the order number. We will make every effort to resolve the situation as soon as possible.
